Michael is a trained professional coach specialized in life and executive coaching, high performance teams and Agile coaching. He has had over 15 years of international experience and has coached teams and individuals globally (Australia, Canada, Singapore and Hong Kong). He has been at the forefront of large organizational transformations in Asia for international corporations. He has played competitive sports for over 20 years at a national and international level. He represented Australia at the World Championships, therefore he understands sport teams dynamics in high pressure environments and the value of leadership to achieve high performance.
Michael values innovation, courage and honesty. His approach is pragmatic, curious and will not hesitate to challenge the 'status quo'.

Michael started his career as a software engineer and very quickly he identified that his focus was shifting towards people. This initially seem to really contrast with the professional environment he was in; very tool and process focused. His passion for people is what drove most of his professional growth and what lead him to professional coaching.
As a leader Michael inspires other by staying authentic and creating meaningful relationship with the ones around him. His aspiration to achieve is in tune with his self-awareness and the impact of the emotional wake that follows him. He is a proactive go-getter; he knows what he wants, and is action-oriented.
