The impact of my work with Michael can be summarized in two words: lasting transformations. Michael is more than just a great listener: his insights lead me to solid decisions and new “views” of my world and of my surrounding world. This made a concrete impact on my life and on my decisions. Actually, it was the first time i took coaching sessions. I was curious to see where it would lead me. I guessed it would be interesting. But I didn’t expect this outcome. And I can say that this is not just thanks to the applied principles of coaching, but clearly from the genuine passion Michael has to help you find “your” answers and “your” way. I definitely recommend Michael to anyone needing deep and lasting changes, either for personal or professional reasons

I met Michael as a coach at a time when my professional career was going through a lot of uncertainties and change. As a coach, Michael has been tremendously helpful. He possesses an inherent trait of being a good listener and asking objective questions that has constantly helped me look at things under a new light. Michael is a gifted coach and has a wonderful ability to lead you gently to your own realizations. He is able to do this not only because of his experience but crucially because of his empathy. It is easy to see that he is himself deeply connected to his own values and that executive coaching is truly his calling. A year on, I still sit in sessions with Michael regularly but I am a much different person from before.
I am more aware of myself, more in tune with my values, and that has led me to once again doing work which energizes me and gives me a sense of purpose. I owe all of this to Michael and I cannot recommend him too highly
