Hypnotherapy is guided hypnosis, or a trance-like state of focus and concentration achieved with the help of an hypnotherapist. This trance-like state is similar to being completely absorbed in a book, movie, music, or even one’s own thoughts or meditations. In this state, the subconscious mind works to find ways to help you access the skills you need for the change you want. You become more open to new ideas and beliefs which remove unhelpful thought patterns.
This natural state can be achieved through relaxation and visualization techniques and it is a rather relaxing and pleasant experience.

Reiki is a deeply relaxing, hands-on holistic healing technique that amplifies the body’s own potential to heal itself of mental, emotional, physical and spiritual ‘dis-ease’. Reiki is a form of hands-on energy healing channeled by an attuned practitioner to a client to treat afflictions of the body, mind and spirit.
Depending on your own state, the experience is generally deeply comforting and relaxing. If you are open and ready for healing, you may sense sudden releases of blocked emotions leading to tears and/or laughter and we may address the issues with spoken counseling.
